ITINERARY:

Wednesday 07/12/17:

5 pm: Early Check in
o Hospitality room open for early arrivals
o Dinner at a restaurant of your choice, then Relax and Enjoy!

Thursday 07/13/17:

12 pm: Check in starts
o Hospitality rooms open
o On your own to tour Great Falls/ Golfing / Shopping
5:45 pm: Meet at the hotel to board the bus for our local Voyagers Baseball game.
o Dinner at the ball park, enjoy the game
o Hospitality rooms open after the game if not too late, Bar at hotel open until 2am.

Friday 07/14/17:

Breakfast on your own at Hotel or other local restaurants
10 am: Meet in lobby of Hotel for tour around town
o Charles Russell Museum
o Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center
o Malmstrom History Museum
o M.A.N.G (Montana Army National Guard) (Tentative)
12/1 pm: Lunch at place to be determined.
4:30 pm: Veterans Memorial
o Presentation of Colors
o Guest Speaker: Great Falls Mayor Bob Kelly
o Dedication
o Local Veteran Owned Catered Dinner
8 pm: Business Meeting in Hospitality room at hotel
Hospitality room open after and bar at hotel open until 2am.

Saturday 07/15/17

Breakfast on your own.
9:45 am: Meet in lobby of hotel for bus ride to Gates of the Mountains
o Arrive at the Marina and load the tour boat for a ride through the mountains. Sack lunches will be included. Approximately 2 hour boat ride
3pm: Arrive back at hotel
4:30 5:30 pm: Couples/Group pictures
5:30 6:30 pm: Social hour in the Banquet room (Cash Bar)
6:30 pm: Banquet (Cash Bar)
o Presentation of Colors, guest speaker, raffle and fun
Hospitality room open after banquet and bar open until 2am.

Sunday 07/16/17

Breakfast and final visits
Good-byes and depart for home.

We had a “special” raffle for another 223 dpms-slick-slide w-heavy barrel & custom engraving by A & A engraving, thanks to Chuck German.
