HILL 805

 

Approximately 1.5 to 2 km E to ESE of FSB Ripcord and about 36 km due W of Hue in Thua Thien Province, I Corps. Site of heavy fighting during Battle of Hill 805 12-18 JUL 70, involving elements of 2/501st and 2/506th supporting FSB Ripcord battle.
