FSB BOXER

Overlooking Song Tram River Valley approximately 16 km due south of Tien Phuoc, 27 km southwest
of Tam Ky and 10 km east northeast of Hau Duc in Quang Tri Province, I Corps. Base built 1 Aug 69 by 2d Bde/101st while
opcon Americal during Operation Lamar Plain. Boxer provided logistics, fire support and Command and Control for southwest
AO of Lamar Plain.
