CU CHI

 

25 km northwest of Tan Son Nhut, 36 km south southeast of Dau Tieng, 50 km southeast of Tay Ninh just south of the Iron Triangle in Hau Nghia Province, III Corps. Immense VC tunnel complexes throughout the area are alleged to have even been under the Base Camp. Noted for its dust (“only place on earth you can stand up to your ass in mud and still get dust in your eyes” was common description for it.)
